ABOUT DIRT THERAPY GARDEN
Hi! I've always enjoyed flowers. My "gardens" started in pots at my first apartments, and have grown over the years as we moved and grew our family. We are pretty settled (unless I can convince my husband we need more land), and my gardens continue to grow and flourish in our suburban oasis.
In 2024 a neighbor gifted me a few tubers, and my love for dahlias was born. The following year I grew 20+ different varieties of dahlias. I am now growing 70+ varieties as I continually expand my knowledge and love for gardening and bouquet making.
I'm always growing new things - from new varieties of flowers to a different variety of green beans. I hope you enjoy my blooms and can find ways to integrate my bouquets into your lives.

Why are we called
Dirt Therapy Garden?
Working with soil is a common form of “dirt therapy.” Studies suggest it can reduce anxiety and depression, partly due to soil bacteria that may stimulate serotonin production.
Summer is my happy season. My gardens are my "dirt therapy."
